Had a 7pm appt. At 730 I asked how long and she said 10-15 minutes. Not acceptable. Don't make appointments if you can't keep it.
The owner is very nice and they do amazing nails. My mom have been going to them for 15 years even though they have switched locations before. She always follows them.
